We facilitate the delivery of your equipment to your stand, ready for your arrival. If needed, we offer assistance with unpacking, lifting, and handling using specialized equipment. We manage the collection and storage of empty packages during the exhibition and provide on-site accessible storage. We maintain communication with your stand representatives throughout the show to confirm return or onward shipping arrangements. After the show, we organize the return of empty cases and assist with repacking if needed. We ensure accurate case labelling and arrange the collection of your packed exhibit from your stand. We handle re-loading from the stand to our vehicle and manage return transportation via air, sea, or road. Lastly, we ensure the safe re-delivery back to your premises.
